　You can use Sta/Tone Sphere songs and art for fanmade custom charts and videos. Especially, you can create custom chart for simulators such as NotITG or Osu! and upload the chart and/or chart/gameplay video.

　Things you want to keep in mind:

　・Non-commercial individual use only.
　・Sta and/or Tone Sphere must be credited somewhere.
　This is to avoid troublesome confusions like "Tiferet was originally created by *random other game here*".

　・You can attach unrelated images to Sta/Tone Sphere songs for things like background picture or title screen, but you are not allowed to attach Tone Sphere images to unrelated songs.

　・Songs released under the name "Sta" outside of Tone Sphere can be also used if the song is either released in albums or uploaded in official channels such as YouTube/SoundCloud, AND there is no external (c) attatched. For example, "Fracture Ray (pt. StaZyo)" is not covered by this approval because the song is owned by the third party (in this case, lowiro LLC).

　・You can't use Tone Sphere songs and images before actually playing the game.
　This is because TS is not a collection of free-to-use materials and usage not knowing the in-game context can result in an undesirable outcome.

　・This is strictly only for fanmade. You can't use Sta/Tone Sphere songs as an official content for other (free or paid) games without an approval for collaboration.

　Examples:
　○　Create a custom chart video using the audio of Hall of Mirrors with an unrelated material for the background image.
　○　Create a custom chart video using the audio and the image of Linear Accelerator.
　×　Using the image of Tiferet for an unrelated song.

　We welcome creating Tone Sphere fanmade art, songs, etc!

　Things you want to keep in mind:

　・Sensible use by individuals only.
　・You must pour your own creativity in. You can't copypaste Tone Sphere songs and materials as-is.
　・You can however sample Tone Sphere related audio materials for your own track so long as it's only a few seconds long and not excessive.
　・You can sell Tone Sphere fanmade merchandises such as CDs, accessories so long as it is strictly created and sold by yourself.

　・You can't use Tone Sphere songs and images before actually playing the game.

　You can also use Sta / Tone Sphere songs in your own videos!

　Things you want to keep in mind:

　・Sensible use by individuals only.
　・Sta and/or Tone Sphere must be credited somewhere.
　・You can't make a video that only contains the song. In other words, don't just upload the song on your channel.
　・You can't use Tone Sphere art in unrelated videos. Tone Sphere art can only be used for referencing purpose or in a related context.
